Notes	Title is derived from caption on postcard. This is also the title used on the informational text on the back of the postcard.; The publication date of the postcard is unknown but could not be before the original poster was printed in 1915.; Postcard is a reproduction of the 1915 poster by Howard Chandler Christy.; The back of the postcard reads: "Recruiting poster by Howard Chandler Christy (1873-1952) is dated 1915 and was commissioned during the preparedness campaign by the U.S. Marine Corps. Other kinds of records in the National Archives include photographs, maps, sound recordings, motion picture film, and documents. National Archives and Records Administration Washington, DC 20408."
