Physical Description	1 cap : synthetic fabric ; 13 x 18 x 33 cm
Summary	Brim and band are black and appear to be made of a synthetic fabric. Cap cover is white. Chin strap is gold. Detachable hat band has the metal cap device with insignia for Chief Petty Officers which consists of a gold fouled anchor with silver block letters "USN" superimposed on the anchor's shank. The plain black band and visor indicates that this cap is for commissioned officers of the rank of Lieutenant Commander and below.
