Summary	This plate features a Norman Rockwell painting that depicts a decorated World War I soldier in uniform in its center. There are children on either side of him; some look up at him in awe, another is waving his cap at the soldier, and one is wearing a child's army jacket and holding a toy sword. The painter's name, "Norman Rockwell" is written in red text near the bottom left hand side of the plate. The rim of the plate is covered in gold stars. At the top, center of the plate is the coat of arms of the United States. The reverse of the plate has title and series details, as well as manufacturer information.
